Three habits we will not break

Third, the set is the job. A building delivered but badly anchored is a liability with a fresh address, so sets get anchoring engineered for the receiving site, steps and ramps to code, and documentation that passes the inspector’s first visit. The move ends when the building works, not when the truck leaves.

Utility connections are handled by licensed trades we sequence, not by our crew. Old units get a written road-worthiness call before money moves, and the rare building that should not travel gets told so.
